Job summary

Hoban in Cowra, NSW, is seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. You will perform MIG welding, fabrication, assembly and general manufacturing duties across agricultural equipment.

Shift times available 5am–1:06pm, 6am–2:06pm, or 7am–3:06pm. The role offers full-time permanent opportunity with weekly pay and ongoing training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Welder/Fabricator.
• Strong MIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Valid LF Forklift Licence.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
