Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre in Hervey Bay, QLD is seeking qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our family-owned centres. We offer above award rates, weekly pay, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and National Child Safety Training.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement engaging, high-quality educational programs (depending on the role).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues.
• Support a culture of reflection, responsibility, and excellence.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels secure, valued and supported.
• Champion child safety and wellbeing, ensuring best practice is embedded in everyday interactions.
• Maintain high standards of care, supervision and compliance in line with service policies and regulations.
• Contribute to a positive team culture built on open communication, respect and shared responsibility.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
