Job summary

Opal HealthCare’s Phillip Island Grove Care Community in Cowes, Victoria is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to greet residents, families and visitors and provide essential administrative support. This permanent part-time role covers Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday rosters with care and compassion for our residents.

You will join a values-led team at a leading aged care provider, with opportunities for frontline engagement, rostering and payroll tasks within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role.
• Friendly, professional manner with excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Provide essential administrative support to ensure the care community runs smoothly.
• Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of the community.
• Manage rostering, payroll tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as part of a supportive team.
