Successful candidates will have fast‑paced cafe experience, strong customer service skills, and a VIC RSA Certificate. A positive, hospitality‑minded team player is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Fast‑paced café or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong barista skills and ability to operate a coffee machine confidently.
• Current VIC RSA Certificate required.
• Exceptional communication and personable manner with guests and colleagues.
• Weekend availability is essential for a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests in the café.
• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and beverages using a commercial coffee machine.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and reception areas.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks and accurate cash handling.
