Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests in the cafe.
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages using a commercial coffee machine.
• Serve food and drinks with speed and accuracy during busy periods.
• Keep cafe and reception areas clean, tidy and well‑organised.
• Support daily operations including stock rotation, inventory checks and cash handling.
