Job summary

Greencross Pet Wellness Company in Sydney’s North Ryde is seeking an experienced Website Content Migration Specialist for a 3-month contract to lead the migration of website content to a new digital platform. The role is hands-on, reviewing, remediating and migrating content in Directus using approved templates and brand standards.

You’ll work with the project team and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, accessibility and SEO alignment, manage assets, and deliver migrated pages on schedule while

Qualifications

• Previous experience in website content management, digital content production or website migration.
• Experience using a content management system, with Directus or component-based CMS experience highly regarded.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills. Confidence working with spreadsheets, content trackers and project management tools.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practice for website content.
• Experience preparing and optimising images for digital channels.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of content and repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Content preparation and migration using Directus and templates.
• Review migrated pages against approved designs and correct missing, incomplete, duplicated, obsolete or incorrectly migrated content.
• Use and validate Directus components (banners, WYSIWYG, HTML blocks, FAQs, membership plans, etc.).
• Image and asset management for migration.
• Develop and refine website content in line with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Coordinate with SEO partner on migration recommendations.
• Proofread and review migrated pages for accuracy, links, images, metadata and accessibility.
• Coordinate with project manager, developers, designers, SEO specialists, agencies and content owners.
• Deliver employment relations education and leadership initiatives across populations.
• Partner on organisational change and major initiatives to ensure compliant outcomes.
