Job summary

Hyre. is seeking an Implementation & Configuration Consultant to implement and configure a SaaS wealth-management platform for enterprise clients.

The role involves running workshops, configuring the platform, building integrations, and supporting releases while collaborating with product, development and delivery teams. Applicants should have 5+ years in client-facing technical roles, strong API and data skills, and experience in finance or regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing technical roles implementing/ configuring software for enterprise customers.
• Experience in a SaaS environment, start-up or scale-up is valued.
• Knowledge of APIs and Postman, plus Python/JSON and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and technical workshops with clients.
• Configure the SaaS platform and build/test integrations.
• Support releases and production issues with product, development and delivery teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Australia, the UK and Ireland, with possible out‑of‑hours overlap.
