Anton Murray Consulting is assisting a leading global wealth management firm in Sydney to hire an equity markets focussed Client Services and Asset Transfers Analyst on a 12-month contract with view to extend. The role supports client offboarding, Deceased Estate processing and international CHESS sponsorship functions within Wealth Management.

The team handles data maintenance, SLA-driven processes, and collaboration with overseas stakeholders to ensure accurate client records and smooth

Qualificações

• RG146 – if not held, study towards.
• Experience with asset transfer and sponsorship is highly regarded.
• Awareness of regulation applicable to financial services (ASX rules, AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS).
• Portfolio management platforms familiarity (e.g., Praemium) is an advantage.
• Client Service Manager experience is not mandatory but valued.

Responsabilidades

• Meet daily processes and SLAs within required timeframes.
• Deliver high performance and excellent service for internal and external clients.
• Support additional administration projects as requested by management.
• Provide exceptional client service support to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate with departments to execute client static updates within SLAs.
• Collaborate with processing centre to ensure Operations process quality and accuracy.
• Manage client migration and position transfers including CHESS sponsorship.

Our client is a leading global wealth management firm seeking an experienced equity markets focussed Client Services and Asset Transfers Analyst in Sydney on an initial 12-month contract with view to extend.

The Client Service Team within Operations is responsible for supporting client offboarding, Deceased Estate processing and Asset Transfers including International and CHESS Sponsorship functions for the Wealth Management business. The role will be part of a team who support both local and overseas stakeholders relating to the ongoing maintenance and offboarding of client accounts and data integrity. The candidate should have sound trade life-cycle knowledge, and experience in a similar role within the wealth management sector.

Key responsibilities include

• Ensuring all daily processes and SLAs are met within applicable timeframes.
• Maintaining a culture of high performance and excellent service for both internal and external clients
• Contribute to additional administration projects as requested by management.
• Provide exceptional client service support to internal and external clients alike.
• Liaise with various departments across the wealth management business to execute client static updates accurately within SLAs.
• Liaise with processing centre and uphold Operations process quality and accuracy.
• Manage client migration and position transfers including Chess sponsorship.

Qualifications:

• RG146 – if not held already a requirement to study towards
• Recognised industry studies with financial markets experience, particularly knowledge on asset transfer /sponsorship would be highly regarded.
• Awareness of regulatory rules and how they apply to the business.
• Understanding of the various legislation and regulations within the financial services industry (ASX rules, AML, KYC, FATCA and CRS requirements) will be added advantage.
• Understanding of Portfolio management platforms (e.g. Praemium) will be added advantage.
• Client Service Manager experience not mandatory but highly regarded

This role will be hired on an initial 12 Month contract and will be paid on a highly, competitive rate dependingon experience.
