Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking a candidate with laboratory/environmental sampling experience to travel across site locations and perform potable water sampling. You will independently cover project areas, collect samples, follow hygiene and safety procedures, label and prepare specimens for lab testing, and maintain detailed records.

This long-term temp role offers exposure to a large project environment with potential for permanent opportunities and a FIFO arrangement from Perth.

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory or environmental sampling preferred.
• Water or potable water sampling experience highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Confident working independently with good organisation and record-keeping.
• Current Australian driver’s licence and commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently across the project area to complete scheduled potable water sampling.
• Collect water samples from taps, shower heads and other designated outlets.
• Follow established sampling, hygiene and site safety procedures.
• Accurately label, handle and prepare samples for laboratory testing.

This role would suit someone with previous laboratory, environmental, water sampling or similar experience who is comfortable working independently and travelling between different locations across site.
