Job summary

Ivory Group is seeking an experienced Water Servicing Coordinator in Sydney to lead water and wastewater servicing across residential, townhouse, apartment, and commercial developments.

You will work closely with Sydney Water, developers, councils and consultants to ensure efficient and cost-effective outcomes, integrating servicing requirements into broader subdivision designs while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Coordinate water and wastewater servicing for residential, townhouse, apartment and commercial developments.
• Review Sydney Water processes and authority approvals (Section 73) for projects.
• Collaborate with civil design teams to integrate servicing requirements into development designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate water and wastewater servicing for residential, townhouse, apartment and commercial developments.
• Liaise with Sydney Water, developers, councils, civil engineers, project managers and external consultants to progress projects efficiently.
• Prepare servicing strategies, infrastructure requirements and authority submissions.
• Identify servicing constraints and project risks in development proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients and authorities.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and support delivery.
