Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems and cooling towers.
  • Carrying out analysis on closed systems and chemical dosing.
  • Repairing, replacing, and servicing of TMV’s and showerheads.
  • Undertaking temperature monitoring and routine sampling of water systems.
  • Carry out any legionella/plumbing work.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

  • Discipline: Water Treatment Engineers/Plumbers

Our client is a well-established and successful water treatment/hygiene company, and they are currently looking to recruit an experienced and competent Water Hygiene Engineer/Plumber to work on a variety of contracts in and around the Northampton area. The ideal applicant will come from a strong water hygiene background with experience undertaking a variety of duties including TMV servicing, water sampling and temperature monitoring. Applications from Wellingborough, Daventry, Kettering, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:
  • Experience in carrying out water hygiene duties in line with ACOP L8 guidelines.
  • Experience in delivering plumbing duties to a varied site base.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proficient IT skills including competency using MS Office.
Postholder responsibilities:
