Job summary

Cleanaway is hiring a Process Operator in Narangba, QLD. The role is permanent full-time with a starting rate of $44.67 per hour plus overtime penalties. Shifts start at 6 am, Monday to Friday, with up to 10-hour shifts. Full uniforms and training are provided as part of a safety-first environment.

The Oils and Technical Services division handles liquid and hazardous waste processing, sampling and treatment, and waste analysis. Join Australia’s leader in sustainable waste management.

Qualifications

• Experience in working in a machine/plant environment preferable.
• Experience operating machinery in an industrial environment preferable.
• Forklift, Excavator, Loader or HR Licence - Highly regarded.
• Be fit and healthy as this is a physically demanding role.
• Chemical handling is favourable.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading and unloading of packaged waste vehicles.
• Decant, clean, repackage, store, and dispose of packaged waste.
• Sample and treat packaged waste as directed and/or required.
• Conduct waste sample analysis.
• General site cleaning.
