Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting LO Operators to join Amazon Australia's Horsley Park Fulfilment Centre on a casual basis.

No LO licence? We will pay for your LO licence and put you through the required training course for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• LO forklift licence preferred, but not essential.
• Willingness to complete LO licence training if required.
• Availability across 4 days per week, including 1 weekend day.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Operate LO forklift when trained and competent.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Pack and unpack boxes.
• Receive and store stock.
• Pick items with RF scanner, with training provided.
• Organise and distribute customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse.
• Follow safety, quality and production standards.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and move products weighing up to 23kg.

An LO forklift licence and experience is highly desired, however if you don't currently hold one, we will pay for your LO licence and put you through the required training course for suitable candidates.

About the role:

This is a casual opportunity requiring availability across 4 days per week, including 1 weekend day.

Your shifts will include a combination of LO forklift operation and general warehouse duties. Once onboarded and trained, you will be required to successfully complete a competency assessment before operating independently.

Attention to detail, accuracy, safety and the ability to follow standard processes are essential.

Successful applicants will be employed by Chandler Macleod on a temporary assignment with Amazon and will be required to complete relevant background and police checks, as well as drug and alcohol testing.
