Trunk Logistics is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to drive safety and efficiency across designated warehouse areas. You will supervise a small floor team, oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities, and partner with management to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes a strong safety culture, adherence to warehouse processes, and effective team motivation to deliver high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Current LF Forklift Licence is strictly mandatory.
• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership or senior storeperson role.
• Strong communication skills to motivate a team and drive performance standards.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and warehouse workflows (DG experience is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise & Lead: Manage a small team of Storepeople on the floor, providing direction and training.
• Daily Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch functions for your area.
• Safety First: Drive 100% commitment to safety, compliance, and keeping a clean, organized DC.
• Hit Targets: Work closely with management to ensure the team meets client specifications and KPIs.
