Job summary

The Good Guys in North Lakes, QLD is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate and supervise stock receipt, storage and dispatch, ensuring smooth pickup and delivery.

You will coach a small team, uphold safety and compliance, handle goods from suppliers, maintain records, and conduct regular stocktakes while delivering outstanding customer service. This is an on-site role focused on efficiency.

Job Description

Coordinate and supervise efficient store warehouse activities, ensuring the correct stock is received and dispatched for pickup or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to ensure all warehouse activities meet compliance and safety requirements
• Receive goods from suppliers, unload and store safely
• Provide great customer service to customers picking up orders
• Maintain records and invoices
• Participate in regular stocktakes
• Facility maintenance and layout ensuring a safe work environment in the warehouse at all times
