Evolution Mining invites an experienced warehouse professional to lead a high-performing team at our Mungari Operations in Kalgoorlie. You’ll ensure parts availability, supervise a capable crew and drive smarter ways of working to support site performance.

The role offers a residential 5:2/4:3 roster, relocation support where applicable, and development opportunities across Supply Chain and Operations. You’ll use data to optimize inventory and champion safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations within mining or heavy industry.
• Current Forklift Licence and dangerous goods handling knowledge.
• Strong inventory management and warehousing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing warehouse team and support their ongoing development.
• Ensure inventory, consumables and critical spares are available to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
• Use data, reporting and operational insights to optimise warehouse performance.
• Champion a culture where safety, teamwork and accountability are non-negotiable.
