Job summary

Kalmar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor based in Footscray, Melbourne, to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure service excellence. You will supervise staff, manage inventory workflows in SAP, and uphold OH&S standards within a 5S framework.

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will partner with Parts Managers and service teams to optimize dispatch schedules and deliveries while driving continuous improvement across facilities and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or parts operations in industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar WMS for inventory transactions.
• Strong numerical skills and dispatch/receiving coordination.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Valid Australian car license and forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily store activities including parts picking, receipts, and stock replenishment.
• Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate SAP records.
• Enforce safety policies and log incidents via Quentic.
• Lead and support warehouse staff and coordinate with service teams.
• Oversee facility organization and continuous improvement initiatives.
