Job summary

ANC is seeking a dynamic Site Operations Supervisor / Transport Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor for our client site in Truganina, Victoria. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team to meet goals and ensure high service delivery aligned with client expectations.

The role requires flexibility for AM/PM shifts, strong safety and team leadership, and collaboration with the client to manage the shipment lifecycle and drive efficiency. MCA/AMS experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities to coach, motivate and develop a high-performance team.
• Operational understanding of warehouse management, safety regulations and process optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Tech‑savvy with familiarity in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Safety Management: Ensure safety protocols are followed and incidents are reported promptly.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performance team and provide ongoing feedback.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee loading, scanning, sorting, and manual handling duties.
• Client Collaboration: Work with the client to manage shipment lifecycle and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain PPE usage, uniform standards and a clean, safe site.

Job description

ANC is looking for a dynamic Site Operations Supervisor / Transport Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our client’s site in Truganina, Victoria. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a team to meet operational goals, and ensuring a high level of service delivery in line with client expectations.

This role requires flexibility with working hours and may cover either AM or PM shifts, depending on operational requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Safety Management:Ensure safety protocols are followed, including incident, near‑miss, and hazard identification, and report these issues promptly.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performance team, driving operational success while providing ongoing performance feedback and supporting team members’ professional growth.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee general manual handling duties such as loading, scanning, and sorting goods. Assist Delivery Professionals with loading goods, ensuring tasks comply with safety standards and work site procedures.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with the client to manage the shipment lifecycle, handle discrepancies, and maintain operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and suggest improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and uniform requirements, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team while driving performance and fostering a positive culture.
• Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of warehouse management, safety regulations, and process optimization.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
