Job summary

Flexiforce is seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our busy Goulburn operation in NSW. This casual role offers full-time ongoing hours (38 hours per week) for the right candidate, supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring stock is accurately managed, and orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining safety standards.

Key duties include receiving, inspecting and processing stock, picking and packing orders, loading/unloading trucks, operating forklifts

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience with RF scanning and voice-picking systems.
• Current Forklift Licence (LF) and proven operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and process incoming stock and goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse scanning equipment.
• Use RF scanners and voice-picking systems to manage inventory.
• Store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data.
• Perform stock counts and reconciliations as required.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Report damaged stock, inventory discrepancies or safety concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

This is a casual position offering full-time ongoing hours (38 hours per week) for the right candidate. As a valued member of the warehouse team, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring stock is accurately managed, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
