Job summary

Harvey Norman Orange Warehouse is seeking a customer service focused Storeperson to join our team and deliver Great Service, Always! to our customers in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will manage dispatching and receiving orders, liaise with customers, and support loading of trucks while maintaining WH&S standards and a can-do attitude. This role requires flexibility across retail trading hours and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Be highly organised with strong time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience checking delivery sheets and distributing goods in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and receiving orders and liaising with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Provide loading assistance and coordinate with drivers for goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Maintain safety and WH&S practices on the warehouse floor.
• Demonstrate flexibility with retail trading hours including weekends and holidays.

The Harvey Norman OrangeWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
