Job summary

Icon Group's Slade Health is seeking a Logistics Technician at our Geebung facility in Brisbane. This full-time role operates Sunday to Thursday (Sunday 10:30-18:36; Mon-Thu 15:30-23:36), with training during day hours Monday to Friday.

You will package and consign orders on time, ensure prompt delivery, maintain inventory accuracy, handle inbound deliveries, and serve the Metropolitan Area as needed. Candidates with pharmaceutical or stock-control experience preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical/stock control experience desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 4 years driving experience and a current valid driver's licence.
• Must pass police record check and pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring orders are properly packaged & consigned on time and in full.
• Ensuring the prompt delivery of all finished goods in line with the daily schedule
• Tend to customer requirements and general administration duties
• Maintain inventory accuracy housekeeping within the facility
• Process inbound deliveries, unloading delivery vehicles.
• Conduct Delivery of Stock to customers in the designated Metropolitan Area when required.

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Logistics Technician to work at our Geebung facility. This position operates on a full-time permanent basis between the hours of Sunday to Thursday. (Sunday 10:30-18:36 and Monday- Thursday 15:30-23:36)

Training will be required upon commencement and will be during day hours Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring orders are properly packaged & consigned on time and in full.
• Ensuring the prompt delivery of all finished goods in line with the daily schedule
• Tend to customer requirements and general administration duties
• Maintain inventory accuracy housekeeping within the facility
• Process inbound deliveries, unloading delivery vehicles.
• Conduct Delivery of Stock to customers in the designated Metropolitan Area when required.

About You

• Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or in a stock control and/or supply role is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate and problem solve effectively
• Minimum 4 years driving experience
• Current Valid Drivers Licence

Candidates will also be required to undertake a Police Record & Reference check.

Candidates will also be required to undertake and pass pre-employment medical which includes a supervised drug test and undertake a Police Record check.
