Job summary

UPS is hiring a Casual Warehouse Sorter at the Botany site to support a fast-paced distribution hub. You will sort and load packages, dispatch parcels locally and interstate, and manage freight with airline pickups.

The role emphasises teamwork and accuracy in processing parcels as per MOPs. Applicants should be comfortable with flexible shifts, including afternoons and weekends, and have warehouse experience or the ability to work well in a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sort and Load packages into and out of the warehouse.

Pack and dispatch local and interstate parcels

Lodge and pick up freight from the airlines

Process parcels and scan in accordance with MOPs

Additional tasks as specified by the Supervisor

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

Warehouse experience preferred

Ability to work in a team

Prepared to work flexible shifts including afternoon shift and weekend rosters.

Ability to read and memorise postal codes
