Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Store Person in the Toowoomba region to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for picking, packing and dispatching stock orders with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Safety is a priority, and you will help keep the storeroom organised and compliant with safety practices. The role suits someone with warehouse experience, a current driver’s licence (forklift licence is advantageous) and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must have a current driver’s licence; forklift licence is advantageous.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 20 kg.
• Commitment to safety and building strong working relationships.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch stock orders accurately and on time.
• Meet deadlines and provide customer service when needed.
• Assist team and maintain storeroom organisation and safety.
• Support safety culture and safe operation of vehicles/machines.
