ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Packaging Operator for a busy Altona North site. The role offers a day shift (6:00am–2:00pm), five days per week with some weeks down to 3–4 shifts, and a pay rate of $34.96 per hour plus super, with weekly pay in a supportive team environment.

Experience in packaging/pick-packing and cold storage is preferred. You will label, package, scan with RF devices, and help maintain quality and safety standards in a chilled warehouse setting.

• Ability to lift up to 15kg occasionally and 5kg frequently.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Warehouse Packaging Operator | Altona North

$34.96 per hour + Super | Weekly Pay
Day Shift | Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 2:00pm

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Packaging Operators to join a busy food manufacturing and distribution operation based in Altona North.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, packaging, or pick-packing experience who are looking for consistent work within a supportive team environment.

While the majority of weeks will provide 5 days of work, applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, as some weeks may reduce to 3-4 shifts depending on operational requirements.

About the Role

Working within a chilled food production and warehouse environment, your responsibilities will include:

• Packaging and labelling products accurately and efficiently
• Working in a cold storage environment (all required PPE and protective clothing provided)
• Inspecting products and isolating damaged goods
• Using RF scanners to verify and track inventory
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Previous warehouse, packaging or pick-packing experience
• Experience working in cold storage environments (highly regarded)
• Ability to lift up to 15kg occasionally and 5kg frequently

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Reliable transport and excellent attendance record
