Job summary

Staples Tasmania warehouse is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to support multiple areas including Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector and Custodian. Shifts run 4:00pm–9:00pm, Monday to Friday, with safety as a priority.

You will be paid 23.25 AUD per hour, including a 1 AUD shift differential, with shoes after 60 days and access to benefits for part-time staff. Staples focuses on an inclusive culture and reliable service to customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic.
• Basic English language skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Must lift up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Picker: pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves for the next shift.
• Bulk Selector: select product, pull, pack totes, and cut cases.
• Custodian: clean and sanitize facilities and maintain common areas.
