Job summary

XPEL, Inc. in Newington is seeking an Operations Associate to support warehouse operations, including operating a production machine slitter, labeling, boxing and preparing orders for transfer to finished goods.

You will stack and palletize products (5 lb to 50 lb), assist with inventory counts, keep the area clean and safe, and perform other duties as needed to ensure efficient warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to visually inspect and document defects.
• Stand or sit for long periods to operate machines.
• Professional team player; work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must speak, read, and write in local language.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machine slitter equipment as needed.
• Label, package, and box product for transfer into finished goods.
• Stack and palletize products (5 lb – 50 lb).
• Assist with inventory audits including daily cycle counts, month-end and year-end counts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area; perform housekeeping as needed.
• Other duties as needed.
