A Day In The Life

As a Casual Warehouse Team Member, you'll play an important role in getting Country Road and Witchery products to our stores and online customers. Work as part of our Distribution Centre team across a range of warehouse activities, including receiving stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing orders for despatch.

The role operates across both AM and PM shifts, with staggered start times based on operational requirements. Ideally, our team members are flexible to work across a variety of shifts.

On commencement, you'll have comprehensive training and a safety induction to set you up for success. You'll have the opportunity to learn across different areas of the warehouse, building your skills and experience while working in areas that best align with your strengths.

Responsibilities

Skills & Requirements

• Previous warehouse/logistics experience essential
• Active and comfortable with a hands-on role involving walking, bending, lifting, packing and moving boxes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively to support your coworkers
• Strong safety awareness, with the ability to identify hazards and follow safe work practices to prevent incidents and injuries
• Willingness to learn and follow directions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet requirements
• Current driver's licence
