• Requires strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to work 8-hour operational shifts.
• Comfortable with physical warehouse tasks including lifting and moving stock.
• Basic computer/digital skills and willingness to use systems such as Operto.
• Experience in warehouse, linen/laundry, hospitality, housekeeping, inventory or order-picking is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare linen, consumables and property bags for scheduled cleaning services.
• Check property requirements using Operto.
• Manage linen, stock, consumables and warehouse supplies.
• Assist cleaners with bag collection and returns.
• Receive deliveries and check stock accuracy.
• Conduct stock counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare kitchen and bathroom kits when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Ensure the warehouse is prepared for the following day’s operations.

We support holiday homes, Airbnb properties, and managed accommodation by delivering high-quality linen, efficient logistics, and reliable service standards.

We are currently seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Operator to support our warehouse and delivery operations.

Position: Warehouse Operator

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland

Roster: Monday to Sunday, depending on operational requirements

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing linen, consumables, and property bags for scheduled cleaning services
• Checking property requirements using Operto
• Managing linen, stock, consumables, and warehouse supplies
• Assisting cleaners with bag collection and returns
• Receiving deliveries and checking stock
• Conducting stock counts and reporting shortages or discrepancies
• Preparing kitchen and bathroom kits when required
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse
• Ensuring the warehouse is prepared for the following day's operations
