Job summary

MEGT Australia Ltd, partnering with International Security Control Solutions, is recruiting a Warehouse Operator Trainee in Frenchs Forest, Sydney. You will train across warehouse and production duties while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.

This traineeship offers structured on-the-job and RTO learning, mentoring, and weekly pay with study time. No prior experience required; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognised Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good computer literacy and data-entry ability.
• Willingness to learn new machinery and processes.
• Ability to work in warehouse and production environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate data entry and maintain production records.
• Enter raw cards into machines for encoding and printing.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot machinery.
• Conduct quality-control checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and production area.
• Manage multiple tasks across changing daily priorities.
