Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Australia Pemulwuy Warehouse is seeking a Warehouse Operator Despatch to support our dynamic supply chain. You will pick, pack and despatch orders in ambient and controlled environments, using RF guns and SAP for goods issue.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with carriers, handling Dangerous Goods where required, and maintaining accuracy while meeting KPIs in a collaborative team setting. A LF forklift license is essential and a DG license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Forklift LF license is required to operate counter balance/high reach forklifts.
• Dangerous goods license is desirable.
• Strong numerical skills and comfort with Microsoft Office and Google platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate picking with RF gun in ambient and temperature-controlled environments.
• Book shipments with contracted carriers (TGE, DHL, Mainfreight).
• Handle and ship Dangerous Goods following safety guidelines.
• Perform Post Goods Issue operations in SAP.
• Lift up to 20 kg and operate forklifts safely.
• Ensure accuracy and timely despatch of orders.

The Position

As a Warehouse Operator Despatch, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations.

Your key responsibilities

• RF gun experience desirable to pick orders in temperature controlled environments (Ambient and Cold Storage)
• LF forklift license required to operate counter balance and high reach forklifts
• SAP experience for Post Goods Issue operations
• Handling and shipping Dangerous Goods
• Booking shipments via contracted carriers – TGE,DHL,Mainfreight
• Heavy lifting maybe required (20 Kg)

Roche Diagnostics Australia Pemulwuy Warehouse is a state of the art facility with a temperature controlled environment maintained and controlled.
