Programmed is hiring for a hands-on role in a state-of-the-art automated grocery distribution centre in Kemps Creek. You will operate within a highly automated warehouse, process stock, and use warehouse systems to keep shelves stocked efficiently and safely.

Roles involve counting stock, inspecting pallets, and maintaining quality while performing physically demanding tasks. A paid 2-day onsite induction and full on-the-job training accompany a competitive hourly rate with onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Available for day and afternoon shifts, including weekends.
• Able to read, count, and use computers confidently.
• Able to pass a police check.
• Comfortable working in an automated warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Use warehouse systems and basic computer functions (keyboard and mouse).
• Count and check stock accurately.
• Inspect pallets, remove foil, and maintain product quality.
• Support a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse operation.
• Perform physically active duties including walking, bending, and manual handling.

Rotating shift:

• Day Shift: 5:00am-2:45pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm-11:15pm
• Must be available to attend a site walk-through
• Must be available to complete a paid 2-day onsite induction
• Must complete online inductions prior to commencement
• Successful candidates must be ready to commence immediately after onboarding
• Must be able to get to and from site- own transport

You r role:
