Job summary

DHL eCommerce (AU) Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Warehouse Operations Agent to manage accurate processing of eCommerce parcel freight for domestic and international networks. This role ensures timely handling, sorting, and dispatch of parcels in compliance with DHL standards, safety regulations, and customer service expectations.

You will receive, sort, and scan parcels, prepare shipments, and maintain safety and quality checks while collaborating with supervisors to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Australian work rights are required for this position
• Forklift license
• LF or LO forklift licence is required
• Warehouse or logistics operations experience
• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
• Fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry
• Physical fitness for manual tasks
• Available Monday to Friday, morning shifts
• Shift hours 7am–3pm
• Desirable: knowledge of eCommerce parcel logistics

Responsibilities

• Parcel Processing & Handling
• Receive, sort, and process eCommerce parcels for domestic and international networks

• Prepare shipments for dispatch according to operational schedules
• Adhere to DHL operational procedures and safety standards
• Conduct quality checks to ensure parcels meet compliance requirements

• Maintain workflow productivity to meet SLAs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse

The Warehouse Operations Agent is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of eCommerce parcel freight for both domestic and international distribution. This role ensures timely handling, sorting, and dispatch of parcels in compliance with DHL standards, safety regulations, and customer service expectations
