Job summary

Lynas Rare Earths Ltd invites applications for a Warehouse Officer at the Kalgoorlie REPF site. This role supports the supply chain by keeping the warehouse safe, organized, and efficient, and by handling goods receipt, storage, and dispatch with accuracy.

Successful applicants will have proven warehouse experience, a current LF forklift licence, strong Excel skills, and a solid background in inventory control. Local Goldfields residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Current High-Risk Work Licence for Forklifts (LF) and safe operation.
• Proficient with Excel; Pronto or SAP experience is a plus.
• Background in receiving, issuing, and inventory control.
• Local WA residency or willingness to relocate to Goldfields.

Responsibilities

• Keep the warehouse sharp, organized, and safe.
• Load and unload trucks of all sizes.
• Maintain accurate stock reconciliations and stock-takes.
• Process purchasing orders, goods receipting, and supplier quotes.
• Operate machinery confidently and manage freight/courier schedules.
• Prepare clear, accurate paperwork for deliveries, returns, and audits.

Our brand-new, tech-forward Kalgoorlie Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF) is fully operational, and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable Warehouse Officer to join our high-performing team.

The Setup

• Roster: A balanced 5/2, 4/3 lifestyle roster.
• Hours: 5:00 am - 3:00 pm (knock off early and reclaim your afternoons).
• Location: Goldfields residential-based at our Kalgoorlie REPF site. No long commutes, just a premium local gig.

Your Day-to-Day

You’ll keep our supply chain moving safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Keeping the warehouse sharp, organised, and operating safely.
• Loading and unloading trucks of all shapes and sizes without missing a beat.
• Staying on top of inventory with spot-on reconciliations and stock-takes.
• Handling purchasing orders, goods receipting, and chasing supplier quotes.
• Operating machinery confidently and keeping freight/courier schedules tight.
• Prepping clear, accurate paperwork for deliveries, returns, and audits.

What You Bring To The Team

We’re looking for a hard-working professional with a strong track record in logistics and a great eye for detail. To thrive here, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• A current High-Risk Work Licence for Forklifts (LF) and confident operating skills.
• Solid tech literacy, especially with Excel (Pronto or SAP experience is a massive plus).
• A background in receiving, issuing, and inventory control.
• A current, clean WA Driver’s Licence and full Australian working rights.
• Physical fitness for manual handling tasks and a true team-player attitude.
• A current base in the Goldfields region—we are proud to support local talent.
• Bonus points: A Certificate in Warehousing, Distribution, or Storage of Dangerous Goods.
