Qube Energy in East Arm, NT, is hiring a Warehouse Officer to support the Warehouse Team Leader with daily goods receipt, picking, packing and SAP-based processing. You will handle consignment notes, stock movements, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires SAP experience, LF forklift ticket, knowledge of warehousing operations, and strong attention to detail. Desirable candidates may have DG/certifications and MS Office skills; flexible to a demanding

• High risk forklift ticket - LF.
• Knowledge of warehousing operations.

• Knowledge and experience of applicable standards and legislation for dangerous goods handling and storage awareness.
• Demonstrated experience completing IMDG documentation.
• Certificate III qualifications in warehousing operations or the ability to achieve.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment.
• IMDG, IATA Dangerous Goods Certificate.
• Current First Aid certificate.

About the role

The primary purpose of the Warehouse Officer is to provide assistance to the Warehouse Team Leader in the daily operations of the warehouse, not limited to Goods Receipting, Picking / Issuing of materials.

Location: East Arm, NT

Specific Responsibilities

• Checking and signing consignment notes
• Loading and unloading freight utilising mobile plant
• Stock picking, packing and processing of goods issues
• Receipting of materials to warehouse utilising SAP inventory system
• Review of Certifications for materials
• Quality Assurance checks
• Stocktaking
• Investigation of stock discrepancies
• Stock disposal processing
• Investigating requirements for Offshore Returns

Qualifications & Experience
