Job summary

Jaybro Group Pty Ltd in Queensland seeks a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the Carole Park team, overseeing dispatch, logistics, and HSEQ compliance for Metro, Regional and Interstate operations.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, requires forklift license, strong leadership, and experience with warehouse systems (SAP preferred). You will coach staff, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Jaybro's safety and customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in infrastructure or construction.
• Current Forklift License and safe forklift operation.
• Ability to lead and coach a high-performing team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and across teams.
• Experience with warehouse systems, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Lead, coach and support a high-performing warehouse team.
• Manage timesheets and labour resources.
• Maintain inventory management, stock control, and audits.
• Coordinate freight and logistics with internal transport team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
• Provide operational reporting and planning support.
