  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Schedule and supervise warehouse staff and casual crew where required.
  • Develop and improve warehouse procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and pack equipment for events, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and vehicle loading/unloading.
  • Work with production teams to fulfil equipment requests and resolve shortages or conflicts.
  • Manage the tracking and return of equipment from multiple event sites.
  • Maintain safe manual handling practices and ensure compliance with WHS policies.
  • Produce reports on stock levels, repairs, and warehouse performance.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and hands‑on Warehouse Manager to oversee our equipment, logistics, and warehouse operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in a well‑run, efficient warehouse.

About the Role

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the daily oversight of our AV and outdoor cinema equipment inventory, warehouse operations, and preparation of gear for events. You'll ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard, organised effectively, and dispatched on time to support our production teams.

You'll work closely with our technical crew, producers, and logistics staff to streamline processes, manage inventory, and uphold Be Productions' standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee daily warehouse functions including equipment prep, returns, storage, and organisation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Schedule and supervise warehouse staff and casual crew where required.
  • Develop and improve warehouse procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Inventory & Equipment Management
  • Manage inventory of AV, lighting, production gear, and outdoor cinema equipment.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and equipment maintenance.
  • Identify repair needs and coordinate servicing or replacement.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly labelled, logged, and secured.
Event Support & Logistics
  • Prepare and pack equipment for events, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and vehicle loading/unloading.
  • Work with production teams to fulfil equipment requests and resolve shortages or conflicts.
  • Manage the tracking and return of equipment from multiple event sites.
Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain safe manual handling practices and ensure compliance with WHS policies.
  • Oversee equipment condition and safety checks.
  • Implement and maintain risk management processes for warehouse operations.
Administration
  • Use inventory software to track equipment movements and maintenance schedules.
  • Produce reports on stock levels, repairs, and warehouse performance.
  • Assist in budgeting for new equipment purchases and replacements.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in warehouse management, ideally in the events, AV, production, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with inventory control systems or asset management software.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a small team.
  • Confidence in handling AV, staging, or outdoor cinema equipment (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience with outdoor cinema setups or live event production.
  • Basic technical knowledge of audio, lighting, and vision equipment.
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude for equipment repairs.
  • Knowledge of Current – RMS software.
