Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Warehouse admin to manage a high paced workload while maintaining accuracy. The role involves working in both the warehouse and office environments in Shepparton, Victoria.

You will coordinate stock receivals and dispatches, physically check stock and container loading processes, and process paperwork for dispatch via the warehouse management system. Liaise with customers and operations staff by phone and email, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse admin or similar role.

• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordination and processing stock receivals and dispatches.
• Physically checking stock & processes are correct for container loading.
• Processing paperwork & making orders for dispatching via warehouse management system for clients.
