Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers to join a team providing casual staff to builders, landscapers, manufacturers and more across the region. Immediate start with ongoing casual assignments and opportunities for permanent roles on successful site performance.

Earn consistent weekly pay with competitive hourly rates and 11.5% superannuation. You will need at least 12 months' experience, a Construction White Card, and a valid driver license with reliable transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and maintain a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials and digging/trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials; packing and stacking; assembling products.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople and performing general labouring duties as required.
• Site-wide duties including container unloading and site clean-ups.
