Job summary

Pet Circle in Melbourne is seeking a Warehouse General Hand to join our Tarneit fulfilment centre. The role combines physical duties with process-driven tasks to keep customer orders moving quickly and accurately.

You will work as part of an operations team across inbound, outbound, inventory and general duties, with flexible shifts and opportunities for overtime. All applicants must be reliable, safety‑conscious and able to lift up to 23 kg.

The Opportunity

Due to rapid growth Pet Circle is looking to fill multiple positions within our warehouse. As a Warehouse General Hand your role is both physically demanding but also challenges the mind. You'll be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing the best and most efficient service possible to keep our customers happy!

What you'll be doing

• Outbound: picking /packing/dispatching orders to set KPIs
• Inbound: receiving, replenishment and put away
• Inventory: cycle counts, stock counts and batch fixing
• General warehouse cleaning duties as required

The ideal toolbox

• Available for shifts between the hours of 6 AM - 11 PM
• Available to work up to 5 days a week and commit to working between Monday and Sunday
• Must have your own steel cap shoes and a mobile phone
• Physically fit to perform all duties, lifting up to 23kgs repetitively
• Reliable team player - work at the team pace and follow all team policies and procedures
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Safety-focused and proven ability to adhere to all Safe Operating Procedures
• Current forklift license with high reach experience. (Preferred but not required for pick/pack roles)
• Ability to reach targets throughout the day, including a number of realistic but still fast-paced KPIs.
• Be able to follow strict processes to ensure our high-quality standard is maintained.

This role is based onsite at our fulfilment centre in Tarneit, VIC 3029.
