Job summary

Allied Pinnacle Pty is seeking a Forklift Operator at Kingsgrove on a full-time permanent basis. You will support packing operations to maximise line efficiency and handle RF stock movements in a GMP/HACCP environment.

The role requires a current forklift licence, High Reach forklift experience, and experience with RF scanners. Basic computer skills and experience in food manufacturing or with D365/SAP are desirable, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence current and valid.
• High Reach forklift experience.
• Experience with RF scanners for stock movements.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
• Experience in food manufacturing (desirable).
• Experience with D365 or SAP systems (desirable).
• Picking orders and put away of stock using RF scanners.
• Receiving incoming goods internally and from external suppliers.
• Cycle counting using RF scanners.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Assist with pallet control and pallet counts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and vans.
• Identify and isolate any out-of-specification raw materials.
• Maintain hygiene and GMP standards within the area of responsibility.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Perform forklift start-up inspections and maintain equipment regularly.
• Identify operational issues and help minimise equipment breakdowns.
• Follow company safe work procedures and comply with all safety requirements.
• Support daily cleaning activities in the warehouse.
• Manually restack pallets when required.
