Job summary

AGnVET in Cumnock, NSW, is seeking a warehouse and customer service-focused team member for our West Wyalong store. You will handle goods inwards, prepare orders for dispatch and provide high levels of service to customers on-site.

Experience in warehousing and a strong emphasis on safety are essential. Forklift license and HR truck license are preferred, with a driver license required. Agricultural product knowledge is a plus.

• Experience in warehousing including receipt and dispatch of products.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers in the warehouse area and direct them to information/sales as needed.
• Coordinate inventory and communication about delays, packaging, reorders and dispatch.
• Ensure product is received and dispatched accurately and efficiently per AGnVET procedures.
• Coordinate safe delivery of products to customers with properly loaded trucks.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and yard environment in compliance with storage regulations.
• Promote safety and report hazards in the workplace.
