Job summary

DuluxGroup in Tempe, NSW is seeking a hands-on customer service ally for a full-time role at our Render Texture & Panels Centre. You will engage with customers, assist with stock, and process orders while upholding safety standards and product knowledge.

The position requires lifting up to 25kg, a 38-hour work week, and a rotating roster including Saturdays. Experience in retail/trade sales is valued and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role.
• Retail/Trade sales experience would be highly desirable.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels.
• Picking & Packing orders.
• Forklift Licence.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift products weighing up to 25kg.
• Commit to a full-time schedule, 38 hours per week, based in Tempe, NSW.
• Rotating roster includes Monday–Friday and Saturday mornings.
