Job summary

Marlin Tiles is seeking an experienced Full time Warehouse Store-person to support our Townsville operations. The role involves packing tile orders, receiving and dispatching goods, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a forklift licence (MR or higher preferred) and a valid driver’s licence. You will assist tilers, builders and the public, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/stock handling experience preferred.
• Reliable and detail‑oriented with good listening skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Pack tile orders for shipment.
• Receive goods in and dispatch goods out.

Job description

Marlin Tiles is seeking an experienced Full time Warehouse Store-person who has a forklift licence. Favourably looked on if a holder of a MR licence or greater.

Your job will include packing tile orders, receiving goods in and out and cleaning/maintaining the warehouse. Also assisting in helping tilers, builders & the public.

This role will suit someone who is hard working and reliable, someone who pays attention to detail and who is capable of following instructions and procedures.

Customer service based and effective multitasking skills are essential.

All on the job training and support is provided.

A Drivers license is required. This is a Full time position Monday to Friday including every second Saturday from 8am-12.30 pm which overtime is paid.
