Job summary

Federal Hospitality Equipment Pty Ltd – Stapylton QLD is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a full-time, 5-day week role. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with possible overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include processing orders, inspecting goods, loading/unloading, sorting, delivering bookings, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Forklift license and current driver license preferred. SAP Business One experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is required; counter balance and high reach forklifts used daily.
• Proficient computer skills, mostly Microsoft Office.
• SAP Business One experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift, move and unload heavy items.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours.
• Current driver license and access to own vehicle would be highly regarded.

• Load, unload and unpack packages and containers from vehicles.

About the role

Warehouse Assistant QLD (Full time, 5 days a week)

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Possible overtime when required

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Processing orders, which involves collecting and preparing products for dispatch.
• Examine and inspect incoming goods against invoices and ensure its free of damage.
• Load, unload and unpack packages and containers from transport vehicle.
• Sorting items and placing them in the appropriate location.
• Booking deliveries and swap overs.
• Complying with safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace.
• General housekeeping of showroom and second-hand products

About you

The successful applicant should demonstrate the ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Attributes key to success for this position include:
