Job summary

4WD Supacentre, a leading Australian 12V and off-grid retailer, invites you to join as a full-time Warehouse & Sales Representative in Victoria. You’ll unload trucks, receive stock, replenish floors, and eventually educate customers on complete 12V setups.

The role blends warehouse and showroom duties, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service. Ideally you hold a valid LF Forklift Licence, have experience in warehouse/retail settings, and are proactive, tech-savvy, and a team player

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and customer-facing roles.
• Capable of safely lifting up to 25kg.
• Tech-savvy and accurate with systems.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Committed to WHS standards.
• A team player.
• Forklift licence (LF) mandatory.
• Willing to commit to a set roster.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks safely and support customer pick-ups.
• Receive stock and maintain system accuracy.
• Replenish the sales floor and maintain safety.
• Complete cycle counts and protect stock integrity.
• Assist with product testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain warehouse and showroom standards.
• Move to the sales floor to educate customers and drive attachment sales.

We are looking for full-time Warehouse & Sales Representatives who are confident selling fridges, batteries and complete power systems while keeping operations tight out the back.

About You

You bring experience in both warehouse operations and customer-facing roles.

• You are:
• Experienced in warehouse and retail environments
• Capable of safely lifting up to 25kg

The Role

You’ll be part of an energetic, performance-focused team.

Your mission:
