Job summary

Labourforce is seeking a Warehouse All-rounder to operate High Reach and Counter Balance forklifts, and Electric Pallet Jack, in Pemulwuy. You will handle RF scanning, paper pick, loading/unloading, put-aways and repetitive lifting in a Monday–Friday shift with occasional weekends.

The role offers morning hours (9am–5pm) with potential temp-to-permanent progression for the right person. A current licence and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high reach and counter balance forklift knowledge.
• Warehousing knowledge and experience required.
• RF scanning and paper pick experience desirable.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks and doing put-aways.
• Must have a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Able to perform repetitive heavy lifting up to 25 kg.
• Good communication and reliability; be a team player with overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach, Counter Balance forklifts and EPJ.
• Use RF scanning and paperwork to pick/ship goods.
• Load/unload trucks and perform put-aways.
• Maintain WHS practices and safe work routines.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and contribute to team goals.

Our business partner based in the Pemulwuy area is an Australian owned organisation that delivers leading edge supply chain management systems and cost effective logistics solutions to their customers within the automotive parts industry.

Position Brief :

• Warehouse All-rounder Storeman / High Reach Forklift Operator
• Located in Pemulwuy
• Monday - Friday (occasional weekend on offer)
• Morning 9am – 5pm shift
• $37 P/H

Training will be provided, if you are keen with a willingness to learn, flexible and looking for stable work this position will be temp to permanent for the right person.

We are seeking applications from individuals who meet the following selection criteria:

• High Reach and Counter Balance Forklift Knowledge
• Knowledge of the warehousing industry
• Previous experience operating and Electric Pallet Jack EPJ desired but not essential
• Loading and Unloading Trucks
• Put aways
• Previous experience with RF scanning and paper pick
• Experience with pallet stacking
• Physically fit and in good health as there will be manual handling involved.
• Good communication skills
• A strong & reliable work history
• Available for overtime and possible weekends where required
• Must have a current Drivers License & own reliable transport
