Job summary

Bathe is seeking an experienced Warehouse All-Rounder to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock handling. You will receive, pick, pack, and dispatch orders, while coordinating freight with carriers and maintaining records.

Role involves forklift operation, local deliveries, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. Safety, organisation, and reliability are essential to maintain smooth logistics in our modern facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, stock control and/or logistics.
• Holds a current Forklift Licence and manual Driver's Licence (essential).
• Confident driving a manual vehicle and performing local deliveries when required.
• Sound understanding of OH&S and safe work practices.
• Physically fit with manual handling; hands-on and reliable.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations and keeping the warehouse organised and efficient.
• Receiving, checking, picking, packing and dispatching stock accurately and on time.
• Performing stock control, inventory management and regular stock checks.
• Organising freight for local, interstate and export orders and liaising with carriers.
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Completing local deliveries and customer deliveries from time to time.
• Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate warehouse and logistics records.
• Checking stock quality and reporting damaged or incorrect goods.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.
• Following all company OH&S and safety procedures.
• Assisting with general warehouse and logistics duties as required.
