Job summary

Synergie in Newcastle region is seeking a Warehouse Administrator/Store person to organize stock, receive, store and dispatch goods efficiently. You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, maintain stock records and use D365 for bookkeeping and stocktaking, coordinating with multiple departments to keep operations smooth.

The role offers early starts (6am–2:30pm), a stable environment with a reputable company, and a fast onboarding process to get you started quickly.

Qualifications

• 2 Years+ Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Reliability and an eagerness to work.
• Able to start ASAP.
• Reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Be able to efficiently manage/organize stock, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Confidently operate forklifts and RF scanners to handle inventory.
• Maintain accurate book keeping, order entering and stocktaking using D365.
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with a variety of departments to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
