Ward Clerk: Ward M4 – HPB and Upper GI Surgery

Are you interested in joining our team on Ward M4 as a Ward Clerk?

If so you will become part of a close working, highly skilled team within an acute surgical setting, looking after emergency and elective patients. Your role will include many skills and responsibilities such as regular communication with patients and their relatives, liaising with other departments such as Recovery, ITU and the Emergency Department.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of this role include ordering and stocking of ward essentials, general reception and office duties.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and relatives to the ward and working alongside the nurse in charge to help facilitate patient flow.
