Job summary

Barwon Health in Geelong is seeking a Ward Clerk (Grade 1) for the Rapid Assessment and Planning Unit. This permanent part-time role (17.5 hours per fortnight) supports the multidisciplinary team with efficient clerical tasks and patient-focused administrative services.

You will handle timely customer service, maintain confidentiality and coordinate with the ward team to ensure smooth patient flow. Experience in hospital settings and computer literacy are desirable, with salary packaging

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• High level of motivation and willingness to learn, with a commitment to organisational values.
• Computer literacy and flexibility to undertake shift work, with acute hospital experience desirable.
